Join Our Team as General Manager ( Resort– Luxury segment, Sicily/Sardinia) Job title: General Manager Area; Management Location: Sicily Mangia’s Resorts is looking for a General Manager to join the operational team of Management. The role offers the opportunity to work directly in one of our prestigious properties, contributing to the success of the experiences offered to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Leadership Excellence: Demonstrate visionary leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and dedication among the team. Operational Prowess: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Guest Experience: Craft and execute strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, exceeding expectations in the segment. Financial: Drive financial success through effective budget execution and cost control strategies. Team Development: Mentor, inspire, and lead a diverse team to achieve individual and collective success. Requirements: Minimum of 2 consecutive years as a Hotel General Manager in an international chain. Proven experience in Upper Upscale or luxury hotel settings above 150 rooms. Strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Upselling skills. Dedication to delivering an unparalleled experience to guests.
