We are looking for a Product Developer to join our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD) . The chosen candidate will be responsible to manage technical evaluation and feasibility analysis, starting from customer or market driven requirements for both existing or new solutions; executes the design engineering and development including design for manufacturing for the relevant project assigned, working as an integral part of product development team and in alignment with regulatory, quality, standards and guidelines applicable. Key Responsibilities Classifies the opportunities according to the approved corporate guidelines and procedures, accurately collecting required inputs and executes the technical evaluation for the relevant opportunities assigned or addressing the requests into the right processes, working alongside the other functions involved. Conducts and executes the feasibility phases, accordingly with the feasibility plan defined in the technical evaluation, working alongside with the involved functions and stakeholders, monitoring constantly the respect of estimated costs and budget. Provides analysis and technical/operational support to the Technical Product Development Team for the project assigned, executing the relevant design development activities including design verification and validation and associated design for manufacturing development. Acts as subject matter expert supporting relevant product development phases such as industrialization and associated manufacturing process, providing the other functions with the required competencies and technical support. Designs and develops prototypes solutions and supports engineering samples creation and testing, providing all the technical information required to establish successful design verification and validation. Contributes as part of the product development team to the technical documentation, such as design history file (DHF), risk management file and the other relevant documentation, in alignment with Quality R&D guidance and in compliance with quality management system, applicable standards, regulations and regulatory requirements Qualifications 2 years proven experience gained in Product Development within medical device, pharma industries Engineer, Technical Master Degree, or equivalent experience/exposure Knowledge of Product Development, combination products and medical device: processes and techniques Process Validation methodologies Knowledge of Design Control and Design for manufacturing/assembly/mold design: process, features, techniques Knowledge of thermoplastic polymers and elastomer Project Management: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications About Us We are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
