We’re looking for a Project Manager – Frames Business to join us in Castiglione Olona (VA), Italy . Your Role The role of Project Manager - will involve: Leading and managing global frames-related projects across ZEISS Vision Care (CZV) entities Creating and executing project plans aligned with the overall Frames Business strategy Coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders worldwide Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget Driving execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation This is a hands-on role in a newly formed, fast-paced business unit. You’ll work closely with global teams and local commercial entities to bring structure, energy, and clarity to evolving priorities. You’ll need to pull resources, build alignment, and proactively solve problems in a fast paced and at times ambiguous environment.
