We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, a High Luxury Brand , a Client Advisor to join their team in the Boutique in Milan. CLIENT ADVISOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MONTENAPOLEONE Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth operation of the store Approach and assist customers with product advice and recommendations Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain store standards Represent the brand as a true ambassador Address and resolve customer needs and issues promptly Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Handle multiple customers simultaneously with efficiency Assist and support all sales team members Oversee stock activities Manage merchandise effectively and accurately The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, specifically in luxury Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Fluent in both English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A professional, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitude Strong IT skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
