Talent Solutions, societ del gruppo Manpower in collaborazione con Leonardo Aerostrutture, key player nel mercato delle aerostrutture, sia per il portafoglio prodotti che per le consolidate competenze e capacit sviluppate negli anni attraverso la partecipazione ai principali programmi aeronautici è alla ricerca di una figura di un/una LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER La figura del Lead Design Engineer si occuper di: • Gestione e coordinamento delle attivit di Design e Integrazione dei contributi delle altre Unit di Ingegneria di Prodotto, • Controllo e verifica della rispondenza del Progetto ai requisiti tecnici, di qualit , di costo, di fattibilit , producibilit e sostenibilit , • Verifica della integrazione delle schedule delle attivit di disegnazione con il Master Plan del Progetto, • Partecipazione ai meeting tecnici di definizione delle configurazioni Design (Trade Studies &, Common Architecture meetings), • Monitoraggio delle performance delle attivit di Disegnazione e verifica costante della adeguatezza della preparazione delle risorse Design impegnate nelle attivit , • Guida del team nello sviluppo delle attivit assegnate secondo schedule. Titolo di studio: •Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica/aeronautica o diploma tecnico equivalente. Conoscenze tecniche: •Esperienza lavorativa nell’ambito della disciplina richiesta di almeno 10 anni, •Esperienza di supervisione e coordinamento tecnico di progetti di sviluppo tecnologici, •Conoscenza dei materiali compositi. Conoscenze linguistiche: •Inglese (livello medio) Livello di esperienza richiesto: •Expert Soft Skills: •Ottima gestione della relazione con i clienti, •Ottime capacit di coordinare un team, •Leadership, •Forte adattabilit a contesti interculturali, •Capacit di lavorare in team crossfunction, •Capacit analitiche, •Problem Solving.
