La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della boutique situata in Via del Babuino, Roma. Responsabilità: Assistere i clienti nella scelta dei gioielli, offrendo consulenza sui prodotti, le tendenze e gli stili più adatti. Gestire le transazioni di vendita in modo preciso e puntuale. Mantenere un ambiente di lavoro pulito, ordinato e rappresentativo dei valori del brand. Curare l'allestimento delle vetrine interne ed esterne. Fornire supporto ai clienti con informazioni dettagliate e complete sui prodotti. Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata su nuovi arrivi, collezioni e caratteristiche dei gioielli. Collaborare con il team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita. Offrire un servizio post-vendita, inclusa l'assistenza nella pulizia e manutenzione dei gioielli. Requisiti: Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese. La conoscenza della lingua francese costituisce un requisito preferenziale. Esperienza pregressa nel settore Retail o nel settore Luxury. Spiccate capacità di problem solving, flessibilità, orientamento al cliente e attitudine alla vendita. Completano il profilo un'attitudine a contesti dinamici e una forte passione per il settore del lusso. Orario di lavoro: Full Time
