This role in summary Based on the guidelines defined at functional level, the candidate will support the Product Management team specific to product category in its go-to-market, product strategy, analysis and content for everyday tasks. Your responsibilities will include Together with his/her tutor (the PM), Trainee will oversee: Market competitive and qualitative analyses with frequent monthly benchmarks and GFK studies. Research from the marketplace to define market needs and plan product development (short- and long-term basis). Providing product requirement input to HQ product management. Product definition in alignment with HQ, trade Marketing and Sales teams. Analysis of market prices and selling price calculation. Supporting sales forecasts to guarantee product availability & new launches rump-up. Ensuring that the product meets all requirements (product pictures, product specifications, user manuals, safety standards/certifications, information on the product). Preparation of Value Proposition and localization of communication materials for product launches. Developing product information tools for sales and training. Minimum requirements Currently studying a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or similar fields. Strong analytical, research, and spreadsheet modeling skills. Fluent knowledge in Italian and English. Expertise in various analytical, data visualization and presentation platforms. Self-starter and high analytical. Flexible and proactive team player. Good command of MS Office Suite.
