The Engineering Division of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection - specialized in the search and selection of middle & senior management profiles - on behalf of our client, a global provider of custom-engineered machinery, we are looking for a: QA/QC EXPERT POSITION SUMMARY : The QA/QC Expert will be placed within the Quality Office and will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the Quality Management System across supplier management and project documentation. The role requires meticulous attention to compliance, strong organizational skills, and effective coordination across internal departments and external suppliers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier Quality Management Manage and execute supplier qualification activities, ensuring all processes meet company and regulatory standards; Collect, review, and distribute essential technical and certification documentation to relevant internal departments (Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.); Input and diligently update supplier master data, qualifications, and relative certifications within the SAP system; Provide support in the process of periodic supplier evaluation and rating; Support periodic quality audits and inspections conducted at manufacturers' facilities to ensure full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Project Quality Documentation Oversee the preparation and finalization of comprehensive Project Quality Books; Manage the collection, critical review, and systematic archiving of all project quality documentation (including material certificates, test reports, inspection records, Quality Plans, etc.); Draft and format the final quality dossier to be fully compliant with client specifications and all applicable international and local standards; Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to ensure the timely completion and submission of all required quality documentation. Quality System and Continuous Improvement Actively participate in internal and external QMS audits, supporting inspection and verification activities; Register Non-Conformities in SAP and provide essential support in their management, resolution, and closure process; Support the management of Lesson Learnt and related Corrective Actions, ensuring cross-functional coordination with other departments; Assist in the drafting, revision, and maintenance of company procedures integral to the Quality Management System. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Degree; Proven experience in the role in a machinery business environment; Solid knowledge of quality system management standards; Excellent command of main IT tools (MS Office Suite). Mandatory knowledge of the SAP system for master data and NC management; Availability for short business trips to support supplier inspections and audits; Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proven ability to work effectively in a team, high degree of self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail. Salary Package : RAL 40-50K LOCATION : Near Novara According to current legislation, the job offer is intended for both sexes (L. 903/77).
