QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform) , is a company dedicated to delivering mouthwatering food experiences to our 100 million customers annually through our 1,200 restaurants and 7,000 employees throughout 9 key countries. Under our umbrella are Burgers through our US-style Burger King and Belgian-rooted Quick restaurants, French style O'Tacos as well as sustainable certified seafood at NORDSEE. Our recent new joiners in the brand portfolio are Dunkin' in France as well as Asian style restaurant-chain Chopstix in the UK. About the position: As a Digital Product Owner you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of digital products such as Self Ordering Kiosks, Mobile Applications (C&C & Loyalty) and Web Ordering. You will work closely with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that the product meets the needs of the customers and the business objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a knack for understanding what an end to end product development lifecycle looks like, and has a background in Restaurants (QSR) or Retail Industry. This is what you will be doing: Defining the Product Vision and Strategy: You are responsible for defining the vision and strategy of a digital product, ensuring it aligns with the business goals and user needs. Managing the Product Backlog: This includes creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog, detailing user stories, setting sprint goals, and prioritizing tasks based on business value and user feedback. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success throughout the product lifecycle. Engaging with Stakeholders: Continuous engagement with users, stakeholders, and team members is essential to ensure the product evolves in response to user needs and market trends. Decision-Making: Play a crucial role in decision-making processes, balancing the needs of stakeholders with the capabilities of the development team. Measuring and Reporting on Product Performance: Track key product performance indicators (KPIs) and release-specific success metrics to ensure the product delivers value to the business and its customers. What do you bring: These skills help a Digital Product Owner to effectively manage the development and delivery of digital products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. Analytical Skills : The ability to collect and analyze information, solve complex problems rationally, and make timely decisions is crucial. This includes critical thinking, logical reasoning, data analysis, creativity, and research. Communication Skills : Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to articulate the product vision and priorities. This involves creating and communicating product backlog items and product goals with cross-functional teams. Customer Focus: Going beyond processing information from stakeholders and discovering latent needs that customers or users haven't imagined. Storytelling: The ability to transform user stories into product features that delight users is important. This involves thinking about the broader story and additional helpful information. Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies, software development, designing, product development architecture, UX knowledge, and project management is essential. Why join us on our journey?
