Qualifications Proven experience in luxury retail. Excellent sales skills, with a strong aptitude for negotiation and closing. Fluency in both Italian and English. Good knowledge of main IT tools (MS Office suite) and a strong digital attitude. Personal Competencies : Networking: Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients. Clienteling: Skill in managing and developing a loyal client portfolio. Curiosity: Desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends and brand novelties.
