Company Description Photon Power Investment is an international project development company founded in 2017 in Italy, specialized in the development, engineering, and procurement of medium- and large-scale renewable energy projects. Our expertise covers Photovoltaic (PV), Hydrogen (H2), Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Today, we manage a portfolio of over 2 GW across Italy, Spain, Türkiye, and the United States with a proven track record of delivering more than 1 GW of clean energy projects. Role Description We are looking for a full-time Lawyer for a hybrid job position to support our renewable energy projects with a primary focus on corporate law and tax-related matters , in addition to general contractual and regulatory support. The role is full-time , hybrid , and based in Milan . Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial legal documentation (e.g. SPV documentation, corporate resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, service and development contracts) Support legal aspects of project structuring, including corporate and tax implications, in coordination with external tax advisors Assist with legal due diligence activities related to project development and transactions Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, tax, and regulatory frameworks Provide legal advice to internal team on project-related matters (including corporate and tax matters) Manage contracts and maintain accurate legal documentation. Qualifications Experience in corporate law and contract drafting; solid understanding of Italian tax law is highly valued Familiarity with Italian tax implications in renewable energy projects would be a plus Ability to provide clear, business-oriented legal advice Strong legal research and analytical skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Compensation will be determined in agreement with the selected candidate, according to experience and qualifications.
