Per una nostra azienda cliente, società leader nella vendita di beni immobili e strumentali provenienti da tribunali, nuovi sviluppi immobiliari, financial institution e libero mercato, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - SETTORE GIUDIZIARIO La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale finalizzato all’acquisizione di incarichi di vendita di beni immobiliari e mobiliari provenienti da procedure concorsuali (fallimenti, concordati, liquidazioni giudiziali). Principali responsabilità: Ricerca e sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business nel settore delle procedure concorsuali. Gestione dei rapporti con curatori, tribunali, studi legali e altri stakeholders. Presentazione e promozione di un servizio completo e strutturato, negoziando le condizioni di incarico e garantendo ai clienti un approccio professionale e integrato. Monitoraggio del mercato e analisi delle procedure in corso per individuare asset da gestire. Costruzione, gestione e monitoraggio della propria pipeline commerciale, assicurando un flusso costante di opportunità e incarichi. Partecipazione attiva alla definizione di nuovi servizi e soluzioni commerciali, basata sulle esigenze dei clienti e sulle evoluzioni del mercato. Requisiti: Preferibile esperienza in ambito commerciale B2B, idealmente nel settore giudiziario. Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione. Familiarità con il funzionamento delle procedure concorsuali. Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e gestire in autonomia il proprio portafoglio clienti. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office. Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio. Completano il profilo: talento, partecipazione attiva, spirito di squadra, innovazione, passione e orientamento ai risultati. La Società offre sia un contratto da dipendente che un eventuale contratto libero professionale a P.IVA, con un importo fisso variabile. Sede di lavoro: Lombardia, idealmente con residenza a Milano.
