Our client is looking for talented Sales Assistants to join their team If you are passionate about fashion, enjoy working with people, and want to help us provide top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you. You must speak Italian and already be based in Milan. No sponsorship available. Responsibilities : Greet and assist customers, providing an excellent shopping experience Handle customer queries and offer tailored product recommendations Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and ensure shelves are well-stocked Process transactions accurately and efficiently Meet and exceed individual sales targets Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions Assist in managing stock levels and store displays Key Requirements : Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar retail role Full time and part time Strong communication skills, with a good level of English Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Flexibility in working hours, including weekends Passion for fashion and retail trends If you're ready to grow in a supportive, meritocratic environment and contribute to an exciting new opening, send us your CV NB.
