With its proprietary software solutions, Erre Quadro supports companies in transforming complex data into strategic insights for product development, competitive positioning, and know-how protection. With offices in Pisa, Trento and Copenhagen, the company is in a strong growth phase, increasingly strengthening the market position of its products through both direct and indirect sales channels. We are looking for a Tech Leader with experience and a desire to take on new challenges to help expand our technical team. The ideal candidate is someone capable of demonstrating leadership in both Software Development and AI Engineering . Why work with us? Required competences: • Cloud : AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, etc.) • Containers & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm • CI/CD & Automation : Jenkins, GitLab CI, SonarQube • Monitoring & Logging : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack • Security & Networking: IAM, VPN, Firewall, SSL, Secrets Management • Supporting Languages: Python, Bash, YAML • Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps • [Nice to have] Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Terraform The ideal candidate should meet the following requests: • Combining software development skills with solid system administration expertise, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and operations teams. • Experienced in working within Agile/Scrum environments , promoting automation, monitoring, and end-to-end security practices to improve software reliability and release speed. • Proficiency in using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible , with a strong focus on cloud-native environments on AWS. The DevOps Engineer position in open both in the Pisa or Trento offices.
