We partner with local hotels across Europe to create unique room collections inside dedicated areas of their properties, enhancing them with technology, design, and comfort. In just two years, we’ve raised €7M across two funding rounds and scaled from 0 to over 500 rooms under management in 4 countries. Today, with a presence in more than 100 tourist destinations , we are the fastest-growing traveltech startup in Europe and we aim to open Hotiday Room Collections in every major leisure destination over the next 3 years . Want to join us? What You Will Do Manage hotel reservations through our Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager . Assist customers across multiple communication channels: email , phone , and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth and positive booking experience. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information. Handle incoming calls (quotes, information requests, assistance) and convert them into direct bookings. Analyze workflows and tools used within the team and propose operational and AI-based solutions to speed up response times and increase resolution rates. Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our services and products . We’re a great fit if you have Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. A degree in Communication, Languages, Tourism Management, or a related field. Strong proficiency in English and Spanish . ⭐ How we work We value speed over perfection .
