Renowned for game changing innovation and superior performance, at ghd we are on a mission to transform lives with the power of a good hair day ROLE OVERVIEW Support in managing e-commerce activities on Amazon, Privalia and other third-party platforms. Implementation and monitoring of catalogues, product detail pages and brand pages on the Amazon and Privalia marketplaces, in line with the global team's commercial plans and communications. Creating digital support materials for commercial partners. Analysis of digital market trends. JOB ROLE: Workflow management and retro planning for product launches on Marketplace and third-party e-commerce sites Drafting briefs for graphics in preparation for the launch of new products and commercial animations, such as banners, category pages, product pages, and promotional events. Translation and localization of content from English to Italian. Checking and following up on changes to the Amazon catalogue and brand page update processes. Distribution of graphic materials to branches in Greece, Romania, Albania and Turkey, and standard monitoring of brand implementation. Weekly and monthly reporting on the monitoring of key KPIs. Alignment with the global digital team via email and periodic calls. Close collaboration and alignment with the Digital Business and Operations team. Analysis and monitoring of market trends Presentation of new products to third-party customers KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2–3 years' experience, preferably in the digital field (beauty and fashion sectors preferred).
