Posizione Nell'ambito di un potenziamento della forza commerciale del territorio del Trentino' siamo alla ricerca di un/una Field Sales. Ha il compito di vendere i servizi di trasporto alla clientela' effettuando attivit di sviluppo e mantenimento. Deve pertanto gestire in autonomia tutto il processo di vendita' dal primo contatto con il cliente' all'individuazione dei suoi bisogni' alla definizione del contratto e delle tariffe. Risponde degli obiettivi di margine e fatturato e deve sviluppare il portafoglio clienti esistenti e potenziali attraverso attivit di vendita sul campo. Requisiti REQUISITI - Laurea o diploma, - Ottima conoscenza del territorio, - Preferibile precedente esperienza in ruoli analoghi' preferibilmente in aziende di trasporto o servizi, - Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, - Conoscenza lingua inglese livello intermedio, - Capacit analitiche e organizzative, - Capacit negoziali, Responsabilit principali: - Presentare i servizi di spedizione nazionale e internazionale - Qualificare ed identificare le opportunit di business. - Preparare offerte commerciali eseguirne l'evoluzione fino alla chiusura del contratto' visite costanti a clienti scadenziate - Gestireilprimoonboardingdelcliente'collaborandoconilteamoperativoecustomer service. - Aggiornare regolarmente Sales force con i progressi delle trattative. - Monitorare KPI di vendita e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget.
