This role is part of our Industrial White Business Unit , a fast-growing division supplying premium-quality paperboard for industrial and food-related packaging. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Italy for our Industrial White range. You will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing APP’s market presence in the region. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and expand sales pipelines for FBB, SBS, WLC and Food Packaging Board. Lead negotiations and execute account strategies to achieve sales and margin targets. Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics. Collaborate with APP teams in Indonesia to support customer satisfaction. ✅ What You Bring 8 years’ B2B sales experience in Industrial White Boards. Strong knowledge of Italian markets. Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus. Degree in Business, International Trade, Sales or related field preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales reporting.
