Test Manager Freelance (ISTQB) Sedi: Trento, Verona, Vimercate Inizio: 01/12/2025 – Durata: 12 mesi Impegno: Full Time – Seniority: >5 anni Descrizione Cerchiamo un Test Manager Freelance certificato ISTQB con forte esperienza in progetti complessi e automazione test con Playwright . La risorsa definirà la strategia di test, coordinerà il team, gestirà le attività tramite Jira e garantirà la qualità complessiva del progetto. Prevista iniziale presenza on-site 2–3 giorni/settimana (circa 4 mesi). Responsabilità Definizione strategia di test (funzionale, regressione, automazione). Coordinamento del team di tester. Gestione ciclo di vita dei test con Jira. Supervisione automazione test con Playwright. Monitoraggio KPI e reportistica. Collaborazione con analisti, sviluppatori e PM. Gestione difetti e remediation. Requisiti Esperienza consolidata come Test Manager. Ottima conoscenza di Jira e Playwright (mandatory). Esperienza con strumenti di performance testing (JMeter, Azure Load Testing). Conoscenza Agile/Scrum e CI/CD. Italiano C1. Certificazione ISTQB obbligatoria . Nice to Have Esperienza nel settore assicurativo.
