FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - TRIVENETO Maw Spa, seleziona per primaria realtà operante nel settore della produzione e commercializzazione di macchine e attrezzatura per l'industria, un FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER per la zona del Triveneto. La risorsa individuata si occuperà di installazione, manutenzione e riparazione macchinari di metrologia industriale c/o sedi del cliente. Nello specifico le mansioni saranno: • Provvedere all'installazione e manutenzione della strumentazione presso la sede del Cliente • Provvedere all'eventuale formazione tecnica di base del personale addetto all'uso della strumentazione presso la sede del Cliente • Partecipare ai training richiesti ed assegnati sulle apparecchiature sia in Italia che in Casa Madre -Segnalare i Complaint sui dispositivi, secondo il processo aziendale, ricevendo tutte le informazioni necessarie per gestire e chiudere tecnicamente tale criticità nei tempi e nei modi richiesti. -Contribuire al raggiungimento di standard elevati nella gestione del cliente. Requisiti richiesti: • Formazione in meccatronica • Preferibile esperienza su macchine di misura • Esperienza in ruoli a contatto diretto con il cliente • Buona conoscenza lingua inglese scritta e parlata • Conoscenza pacchetto Office e sistemi operativi Windows • Domicilio nella provincia di PORDENONE • Disponibilità a trasferte nell’area di competenza assegnata (Triveneto), saltuariamente su tutto il territorio italiano e occasionalmente all'estero per i training in Casamadre • Problem solving • Capacità organizzative e di lavoro per obiettivi • Autonomia gestionale e decisionale • Capacità di comunicazione, collaborazione ed orientamento al cliente. L’azienda offre: contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, scopo assunzione; inquadramento e retribuzione commisurato al profilo, autovettura (ad uso promiscuo), cellulare e laptop aziendali.
