About The Role Points Rich is a private travel and lifestyle concierge operating as an extension of our clients’ personal offices. With almost a decade of industry experience and firsthand travel across 75 countries, we support a global UHNW clientele through highly discreet, precision-driven execution. This role focuses on on-the-ground logistics and daily lifestyle coordination , requiring strong judgment, calm problem-solving, and the ability to pivot seamlessly in real time. Responsibilities • Coordinate ground transportation, dining, guides, experiences, and daily schedules • Manage real-time changes with discretion, urgency, and precision • Liaise with hotel executive concierge teams, DMCs, and trusted local suppliers • Anticipate client needs and proactively refine daily plans • Operate confidently in high-expectation, time-sensitive environments Profile • Experience in UHNW concierge, private office, luxury hospitality, or destination services • Fluent English required; additional languages preferred • Logistically sophisticated and solutions-oriented • Calm, decisive, and highly detail-driven under pressure • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Absolute discretion and professionalism required Why This Role This position is suited for individuals who understand that excellence is invisible, service is anticipatory, and execution must feel effortless to the client.
