Join Caracol and be part of a diverse, talented team pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing and shaping a more sustainable future BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING Who we are looking for: As a Video maker & content design junior Specialist you will join the Marketing team, contributing to the end-to-end creation of visual and video content that tells our brand’s story and showcases our innovation across all digital and offline channels. You’ll be at the heart of our creative production — from ideation to shooting and editing — crafting engaging visuals that bring Caracol’s technology and projects to life. Few examples of responsibilities: Support the development and execution of visual and video content for campaigns, case studies, social media, events, and internal communication. Capture and edit photos and videos, ensuring consistency with brand identity and communication guidelines. Create short-form videos (e.g., Reels) from long-form content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools. Film and edit mid/long-form videos for YouTube, optimizing for storytelling and audience engagement. Curate and enhance content: select impactful moments, integrate b-roll, trending audio, transitions, and captions to produce visually engaging clips. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Content Specialist to ensure alignment with the editorial plan and overall narrative coherence. Monitor performance metrics of visual content and propose improvements based on results. Experiment with new tools, effects, and workflows to continuously improve production quality and efficiency. Ideal Background: Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or similar. 1–2 years of experience in content creation, visual design, or multimedia production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or similar Strong knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and best practices. Excellent eye for framing, composition, and visual storytelling. Ability to organize, review, and edit footage effectively. Creativity, curiosity, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Fluency in Italian and English (B2 level or above). Nice to have: motion design and animation skills.
