Siamo dei facilitatori della tecnologia al servizio dell'imprenditore, il nostro ruolo si indentifica a livello di IT Manager di azienda. Siamo alla ricerca di una persona che ricoprirà il ruolo di Business Developer inserita all'interno delle nuova squadra, che sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: Analisi e comprensione del mercato di riferimento; Promozione di nuove iniziative commerciali, in stretta collaborazione con il responsabile aziendale. Frequenti visite presso i clienti, volte a comprendere le necessità e le richieste e a promuovere nuovi prodotti e servizi; Condivisione di piani di sviluppo per acquisire nuove quote di mercato; Sviluppo delle relazioni con gli account manager dei partner di riferimento per massimizzare le opportunità di business; REQUISITI: Esperienza di almeno 1 anno maturata nel ruolo preferibilmente in aziende IT con una struttura complessa; Domicilio su Como o Milano e comuni limitrofi; Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio; Orientamento al cliente, capacità negoziali, comunicazione interpersonale, capacità di pianificazione; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare Excel; Conoscenza del mondo del Valore ed esperienza strutturata in ambito Security; Autonomia decisionale; Disponibilità immediata; COSA OFFRIAMO: lavoro ibrido con la possibilità di usufruire di giorni di smartworking; Orario flessibile di ingresso e di uscita; possibilità di accedere a percorsi di crescita tramite corsi e percorsi formativi on the job; ambiente di lavoro stimolante, innovativo e attento ai temi di sostenibilità e Diversity&Inclusion.
