About The Role: Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing projects, both online and offline, contributing to process enhancements and creative problem-solving,
  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Specialists to develop programs utilizing various marketing channels like advertising, promotions, web, email, and e-marketing. Monitor and report on their effectiveness,
  • Ensure project objectives and campaign strategies are met, driving projects forward,
  • Monitor and meet all project deadlines and budgets,
  • Maintain quality control of projects through editing, proofing, and review processes,
  • Develop and manage lead generation, reporting, and database processes, sharing results with managers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a strategic channel marketing role. Experience in IT channels is a plus,
  • Experience in creating strategic marketing plans,
  • Familiarity with marketing ERP or CRM tools such as Eloqua and Salesforce is advantageous,
  • Strong interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously,
  • Proficiency in Italian and English,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in image/video editing tools being a bonus.
