Descrizione
Il/La candidato/a ideale, inserito in un team di 10 persone e a diretto riporto del Billing Manager, si occuperà in autonomia delle seguenti attività:
Redazione delle fatture provvisorie e convalida delle fatture finali;
Attività di analisi e revisione dei dati per processare la fattura;
Note di credito;
Fatturazione elettronica;
Registrazione dei pagamenti;
Verifica dei timesheet e preparazione di report;
Riconciliazioni bancarie.
Profilo del Candidato
La persona ideale, Laureata in Economia o Diplomata in Ragioneria, ha maturato un'esperienza pregressa nel ciclo attivo/ fatturazione di ameno 2 anni, idealmente presso Studi Legali.
E' necessaria una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per contatti con referenti esteri, principalmente scritti e del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
Completano il profilo autonomia, problem solving, ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro di team.
