Job Description

  • Lead Financial Operations: Direct and manage financial, corporate, and project control operations, ensuring compliance with established accounting principles and corporate guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze monthly financial reports, offering accurate and timely insights to facilitate strategic decision-making at corporate and project levels.
  • Collaboration and Consistency: Work closely with the central accounting team to uphold consistency in financial reporting, aligning with corporate schedules and directives.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Supervise financial planning and budgeting processes throughout the organization, scrutinizing discrepancies, and providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance.
  • Internal Controls and Efficiency: Create and enforce strong internal controls, policies, and procedures within the control function to protect assets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Project Financial Oversight: Collaborate with project developers and directors to supervise project finances, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Industry Trends and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and offer relevant insights to the leadership team.
  • Team Leadership: Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the controlling team through mentorship and development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Engineering.
  • Experience: Demonstrated track record as FP&A Manager, Controlling Manager, or Transaction Services Manager in a project-oriented organization. Previous audit experience is a bonus.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical capabilities with exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
