Il candidato selezionato, riportando direttamente al PM Director, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Raccoglie tutte le specifiche tecniche e contrattuali stipulate con il cliente tramite la funzione commerciale;Si coordina con le funzioni aziendali interne e con i subappaltatori per l'analisi di fattibilità del progetto, in termini di tempistica, organizzazione delle attività e specifiche di prodotto;Prevede iniziative volte alla prevenzione dei rischi;Produce la documentazione di propria competenza e vigila su quella prodotta dalle funzioni che coordina;Garantisce l'evasione degli ordini nel rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e delle modalità definite dal contratto monitorando il loro avanzamento;Verifica la corrispondenza tra il prodotto fornito e il contratto stipulato.Requisiti: Desideriamo incontrare candidati in pos di Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica e/o Gestionale (il pos di Certificazione PMP costituirà requisito preferenziale) che abbiamo maturato esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo presso realtà internazionali strutturate operanti nel settore Food & Beverage;Si richiede ottima capacità di analisi, definizione ed implementazione dei progetti ed attività migliorative; gestione autonoma del processo/commessa e gestione degli stakeholder coinvolti; ottime doti di comunicazione e leadership; esperienza nella gestione di team, approccio analitico, critico, organizzato ed incline al problem solving, nonché la fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; Titolo di studio minimo: Comune e/o quartiere: Parma e provincia
