DESCRIZIONE

A diretto riporto del/della Warehouse Manager, la figura ricercata entra a far parte di un team che lavora con l'obiettivo di garantire l'efficace funzionamento dei servizi di movimentazione, in grado quindi di assicurare che il materiale arrivi a destinazione nei tempi previsti e nelle condizioni ottimali. Nonché di risparmiare nelle spedizioni attraverso una puntuale pianificazione dei processi.

Le attività previste per chi ricopre il ruolo sono maggiormente dedicate alla gestione – intesa come ingresso, stoccaggio, approntamento e uscita – del materiale richiesto dalle funzioni di Raccolta Fondi, Comunicazione e Coordinamento Volontari.

Il/la Warehouse Officer contribuisce inoltre a mantenere ordine negli spazi di magazzino, archiviando il materiale dedicato agli eventi, ai progetti e alle iniziative sul territorio.

Nel dettaglio, i principali compiti sono:

  • occuparsi del ricevimento, dello stoccaggio e della preparazione della merce per i negozi di Natale
  • garantire il carico e lo scarico della merce con l'utilizzo di un transpallet
  • preparare la documentazione necessaria per le spedizioni nazionali e internazionali
  • svolgere attività di inventario e di archiviazione
  • utilizzare i mezzi dell'Associazione per trasportare e recuperare del materiale
  • inserire dei dati all'interno del gestionale Business Central, acquisendone le sue principali funzioni
  • coordinare dei gruppi di persone volontarie durante le attività di preparazione merce, in particolare in relazione all'iniziativa del Natale

Requisiti richiesti

  • Interesse per il mondo della logistica e delle spedizioni
  • Mimina esperienza pregressa in mansioni di magazzino
  • Possesso della patente di guida B
  • Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Microsoft e del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello intermedio (B1 della scala europea)

Per ricoprire questo ruolo non possono mancare competenze come affidabilità, precisione e cura al dettaglio. Non di meno la capacità di lavorare in team ed essere parte di un gruppo, contribuendo insieme ad altre persone alla realizzazione di obiettivi comuni con disponibilità e spirito di collaborazione.
