Il Services Training Engineer ha il compito di erogare la formazione, sia obbligatoria che non, per il personale che svolge attività di manutenzione veicoli connesse con la sicurezza, secondo la normativa vigente.

Lei/Lui deve:

Attenersi al sistema di Gestione delle Competenze in conformità alle disposizioni vigenti dell'Agenzia Nazionale per la Sicurezza delle Ferrovie (ANSFISA) e dei regolamenti UE Preparare i programmi di formazione relativi ai principali Organi / Attività di Sicurezza e aggiornarli periodicamente in funzione dell'evoluzione del prodotto, dell'evoluzione di logiche industriali / manutentive e dell'evoluzione normativa, sulla base dei documenti di progetto / manutenzione Erogare la formazione tecnica secondo il planning definito in base al fabbisogno formativo richiesto Esaminare i candidati e certificare il requisito professionale del personale che deve svolgere le attività di manutenzione veicoli connesse con la sicurezza dell'esercizio ferroviario Valutare l'esito del tirocinio formativo Garantire il mantenimento delle competenze dei manutentori attraverso l'erogazione di formazione continua sulla base dei ritorni dei tavoli tecnici Erogare la formazione tecnica per il personale di Alstom Services relativa a:
  • Sistema Treno
  • Formazione sulle normative vigenti per la manutenzione ferroviaria
  • Formazione specifica relativa alle attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva di componenti non correlati agli Organi di Sicurezza
Erogare la formazione presso istituti tecnici superiori partner di Alstom

Requisiti

Essere istruttore / esaminatore riconosciuto da ANSFISA secondo decreto 14/2009 Avere una buona conoscenza tecnica e pratica degli Organi di Sicurezza Avere una buona capacità di tenuta d'aula frontale e di erogazione della formazione in webinar Avere una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Power Point Apprezzata la conoscenza nell'utilizzo di WhiteBoard, Microsoft Forms, Klaxoon Avere conoscenza del quadro normativo vigente della formazione per la manutenzione ferroviaria Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano Avere una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
