Data Science Leader

La risorsa sarà inserita nell'area "Advanced Analytics Global" è il Centro di Eccellenza di CRIF che combina competenze di Data Science, Data Engineering e Data Visualization.

Ricerchiamo una figura di Data Science Leader con background consulenziale.

Responsabilità:

Cerchiamo una persona motivata e preparata, autonoma e con buon senso di business che si occuperà di:

Coordinare più di un progetto - di varia complessità – contemporaneamente (supervisione dello sviluppo di algoritmi di Machine Learning / modelli statistici più tradizionali, spiegazione di modelli sofisticati e concetti complessi ad un pubblico sia tecnico che non tecnico, ...) Contribuire alla progettazione e allo sviluppo dei prodotti, in collaborazione con Manager e Data Scientist del nostro team Seguire lo sviluppo degli asset a 360°, governando gli aspetti commerciali e di data protection in collaborazione con le aree aziendali specializzate sui vari temi Presidiare la relazione con il cliente, presentando in modo efficace il valore aggiunto delle soluzioni CRIF basate sul machine learning, in autonomia o in collaborazione con altre figure senior del team

Requisiti fondamentali:

Laurea in ambiti quantitativi (economia, statistica, informatica, ingegneria, matematica, fisica, ...) o comprovata competenza acquisita sul campo 4-6 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ambito Data Science in una società di consulenza Conoscenza dei software e dei linguaggi di programmazione fondamentali per la Data Science, con preferenza per Python (gradita la competenza su R e SAS) Competenza nella suite Microsoft Office, in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel Approccio consulenziale e forti doti di comunicazione e presentazione, sia scritta che verbale Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Nice to Have:

Titolo di studio post universitario Partecipazione pregressa a progetti nel settore bancario e/o assicurativo, conoscenza dei processi tipici di queste industry Esperienza professionale a livello internazionale Esperienza professionale con funzioni aziendali di alto livello (C-level) Buona padronanza della lingua tedesca, sia scritta e parlata
