Job Title: Radiology Informatics - Tech Lead (Technical Project Manager)

Technical Lead (Technical Project Manager)
Joining our Radiology Informatics (RI) international project delivery team, focusing on the European region. You will play a key role in overseeing technical project governance and coordinating technical resources for the delivery of Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions to customers. Working closely with Project Managers, Strategic Business Architects, Sales, Delivery Engineers, and R&D teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of solutions that meet quality standards and specifications. Your involvement will include handling large-scale and intricate projects, regional solutions, strategic programs, and managing key customer relationships.


Your role:
  • Drive successful product adoption and optimization during and after solution implementation
  • Analyze contracts, architecture documentation, and project initiation documents
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and gather expectations and concerns from key stakeholders
  • Assist Project Managers in managing technical aspects and updating the Statement of Work
  • Coordinate the technical delivery team and act as the main point of contact for communication among teams
  • Maintain the defect list until resolution and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address their requests and concerns
  • Manage changes during delivery and collaborate with relevant teams for modifications
  • Coordinate Go-Live operations and ensure a smooth handover to service operations
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives
  • Execute activities following the Philips Excellence Process Framework
  • Collaborate with the implementation project and service team for effective delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback
  • Represent Philips professionally in customer and internal interactions

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum two years experience in project management and technical leadership
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and Project Management standards
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and relational databases (RDBMS)
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and familiarity with infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create technical documentation
  • Proficiency in Windows Server OS and familiarity with Linux/Unix OS
  • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
  • Knowledge of computer networks and related technologies
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude
  • English proficiency (B2 Level as minimum)

Desired competencies:

SCRUM Master, Prince 2, Togaf 9, ITSM certificates are a plus
