RINA is seeking a Coordinator for EU R&D Projects Team to join their office in Genoa or Milan, Italy as part of the Green Energy Solutions Division.

Mission

This position involves leading the R&D proposal team in generating concepts, forming international consortia, and writing projects focusing on energy efficiency, power generation, renewable sources, district heating, and smart grid management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create opportunities with the R&D team and company network
  • Adapt to external factors and manage multiple proposals
  • Supervise a team of Proposal Managers in developing EU R&D proposals
  • Guide, train, and inspire team members in strategic activities for proposals
  • Maintain partner relationships and strategic cooperation plans
  • Manage the network of EU project partners
  • Contribute to technical development activities in EU funded projects
  • Create new opportunities in European and international R&D programs
  • Contribute to expanding RINA's network of R&D partners in Energy
Experience & Requirements
  • Degree in energy/electrical/mechanical or relevant engineering field
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Excellent verbal and written reporting skills
  • Ability to conduct research, organize work, and produce results
  • Teamwork attitude, open to innovation and networking
