Summary

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Public Works Department of NAVFAC.

Duties

You will act as a command liaison to facilitate personnel matters between headquarters and tenant commands.
You will coordinate between divisions to create a physical inventory of equipment.
You will generate personnel actions to facilitate various actions (e.g. recruitments, promotions, transfers and awards).
You will document Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint findings to submit reports to the appropriate office.
You will recommend improvements for the effectiveness, productivity, or efficiency in the administration of operating procedures.
