What will you do:

Arrow is looking for a Presales System Engineer to join our team in Milan or Bolzano. You'll be working in the technical department promoting our company's products and IT solutions to the Partners.

Acquiring the necessary certifications and know-how in our Vendor Portfolio will be part of your continuous development of the necessary skills.

After the first enablement you'll be supporting the internal departments and then delivering technical presentations, demos, PoC (Proof of concepts) implementations, conducting trainings and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers. You'll also be participating in technology fairs and events.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients and answering different technical questions on your assigned solutions.
  • Obtain technical certifications and expand your practical skills for different Vendors.
  • Training, webinar, technical presentations, product demos, PoCs.
  • Customer visits (virtual and onsite) by Vendor competence with sales colleagues.
  • Continuously being trained in the latest technologies.
  • Manage Customer support cases by using our ticketing system.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations.
  • Experience in running trainings and webinars.
  • A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, be the best in what you learn.
  • Education: Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer science
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology Experience on Cloud/Security/Networking/Datacenter Vendors
  • Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload.
  • Business fluency in Italian and in English language.
  • Travelling is not a problem for you.
