Job Title: Recruiter (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South

Location: Monza, Italy. This is an on-site role

Language Requirements: Fluent English & Italian Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial

Experience requirements: Previous experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED.

How will you make an impact?

Working within a productive, supportive, and driven international team, you'll be responsible for recruiting various roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.

This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.

What will you do?

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
  • Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
  • Develop and lead the recruitment sourcing strategy
  • Proactively source talent
  • Conduct telephone screen interviews with candidates
  • Facilitate debrief meetings
  • Coordinate offer approvals and extend offers
  • Build Talent Pipelines
  • Actively utilize TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
  • Participate in projects as needed

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent

Experience

  • Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED.
  • Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function
  • Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and negotiation skills
