Job Description

ING Wholesale Banking (WB) helps large corporate clients and financial institutions by combining teams of sector experts with financial solution specialists to find unique solutions to support their businesses. In line of the ambitious growth plans of WB in Italy, we are recruiting a new Business Managers supporting the Head of Wholesale Banking Italy and his Management Team in executing their strategic roadmap. The Business Manager will report directly to the Head of Wholesale Banking Italy and will play an important role in organizing, steering and monitoring the daily business activities related to the WB's growth plan.

Key Responsabilities

Close collaboration with the Head of Wholesale Banking (support in day-to-day business as well as within local and international projects & initiatives)Close collaboration with Wholesale Banking Management Team, business, products, support functions, and further stakeholders Support in steering the WB strategic roadmap and growth plan, project management, alignment and executionContact person for various local and international ING stakeholders Frequent preparation of ad hoc analyses and business / project development deep dives Active support in setting, monitoring and achievement of WB KPIs Preparation of presentations for alignments with ING's Head Office, ING Italy's Executive Committee Meetings, external events or meetings with the regulator – in close collaboration with senior management Act as linking pin and bridge builder withing WB, to other business units, global WB functions and with ING Head OfficeSpecial tasks

Requirements

have a completed Master's degree, have at least 5-year experience in banking and/or consulting with focus on financial institutions,have sound knowledge in Wholesale Banking (including Business, Finance and Risk),can act with the necessary sensitivity and at eye level across hierarchies incl. senior management, bring along strong analytical skills together with an affinity for numbers and business drive, are a team player and bring a high level of flexibility and resilience,have strong communication skills (verbal and in writing), keep focus and work with a structured approach even under time pressure and have good time management skills in general,have very good knowledge of key business apps incl. MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), and speak fluently English and have good command of business Italian.
