WORKFORCE & ORGANIZATION TRANSFORMATION INTERNSHIP


Mercer Italy is looking for candidates to join through an exciting and fruitful internship the Workforce & Organization Transformation Team based in Milan.


What can you expect?

Jumpstart your career by engaging with industry experts on innovative projects.
You will have the opportunity to support and take part in designing and delivering projects focused on organization architecture, structure and chart, benchmarking, role mapping for several and different industries clients.

We will count on you to:

  • perform analysis with guidance and instruction;
  • assist in drafting reports for clients with guidance and direction (both in Italian and English);
  • learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies;
  • take part in designing new and innovative solutions, processes and projects in Workforce & Organization Transformation and data driven Organization design;
  • Balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines;
  • Implementing strategic workforce planning best practice that delivers value to the business;
  • Work in different organizational projects being exposed to different teams and topics, both nationally and internationally.

What you need to have:

  • master's Degree in Economics, Management, Organization, Management Engineering or similar;
  • fluency in both Italian and English languages;
  • excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
  • strong organizational and communication skills;
  • a strong passion for design processes.

What we offer:

  • Starting from a 6-months internship (curricular or extra-curricular) monthly paid with 800 € + 7 € ticket lunch for each working a day

  • Starting date: from March/April 2024
