Job Mission:

During the contract execution phase, analyze and manage the contract terms, exploring contractual solutions and alternatives in order to minimize risks and optimize opportunities, manage correspondence, claims and changes with subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify obligations/liabilities/damages/indemnities.
  • Administration of contracts in EPC project environments, comprising drafting/reviewing of contract terms, negotiating, including management of contractual risks, claims and close-outs.
  • Drafting of contractual provisions based on strategy discussions.
  • Responsibility for oversight and direct management of the contractual and commercial aspects of the post-execution phases of the contract.
  • Post Award Contract Management - Ensure that the EPC Contract is managed in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.
  • Administer contractual correspondence, change orders logs and filing,
  • Review requests for Change Orders and prepare / validate Change Order and supporting documents for governance.
  • Manage claims, prepare counter claims.
  • Review, analyze and draft contractual correspondence to defend Company's in the course of the execution of the EPC Contract.
  • Liaise with entities such as Engineering, Construction, Operations, Legal, Insurance, Accounting and Local Content.

    Job Requirements:
    • Fluent English required;
    • 5 years of work experience in similar role;
    • Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
    • Analytical skills, result oriented and collaborative work style.
    • Availability to travel and work in remote area (Site)
