Posizione
Inserita all'interno della Direzione Chief Financial Officer, la risorsa si occuperà di supportare la Direzione nelle seguenti principali attività:
- analizzare i requisiti normativi all'interno di specifiche progettualità in ambito segnalazioni di vigilanza e financial reporting e predisporre specifiche funzionali da fornire alla struttura ICT al fine di garantire un'elevata qualità dei dati utilizzati dagli utenti ed inviati ai Regolatori o comunicati al mercato;
- predisporre la documentazione di progetto, condividere, monitorare e aggiornare i piani di lavoro;
- gestire i flussi informativi tra i diversi attori coinvolti nelle attività progettuali;
- estrarre e analizzare dati, mediante attività di data mining, definire e implementare i reports richiesti dai Regolatori o dalla Direzione;
- collaborare con le altre strutture della Banca al fine di evolvere l'architettura e il controllo dei dati alla base delle segnalazioni di vigilanza e del financial reporting;
- gestire il modello dei dati e dei controlli (Data Inventory e Control Inventory) per l'ambito di competenza;
- gestire la relazione con i Process Owner di riferimento per il disegno, l'implementazione e la verifica dei controlli, tracciando eventuali issues, in esito ai controlli, per formalizzare e pianificare l'implementazione delle eventuali azioni di rimedio;
- monitorare l'esito dei controlli dei dati alla base delle segnalazioni di vigilanza e del financial reporting, identificare e indirizzare le azioni correttive e predisporre i flussi informativi all'interno della Direzione e della Banca.
- Laurea preferibilmente in Matematica, Fisica e/o Ingegneria;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito CFO e Data Office presso istituti bancari, con focus sui dati e con ruolo da PMO nella gestione di progettualità complesse;
- Conoscenza dei data model sottostanti alle segnalazioni di vigilanza armonizzate (FinRep, CoRep, ecc..) applicabili agli Enti creditizi
- Ottime capacità analitiche, precisione ed autonomia organizzativa
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici, inclusa la conoscenza di MS SQL Server
- Eccellente capacità relazionale
- Forte motivazione ed intraprendenza
Sede di lavoro: Milano o Reggio Emilia (alternanza presenza in sede e smart working)
Tipo di contratto: CCNL credito, tempo indeterminato
