The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for defined work or projects with increasing complexity level. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. You will be requested to understand and develop technical concepts, methods, and procedures in order to define the manufacturing processes of aeronautic gearboxes.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Define and control production process including tooling and equipment
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
  • Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision
  • Work together with people from the business unit
  • Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
  • Work within a team setting and/or under guidance
  • Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other faculty within the Industrial Engineering family or Technical diploma with relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role in complex industrial context
  • Knowledge of metal machining technologies
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Fluent English and Italian, oral and written
  • Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required
