Webuild Italia, a subsidiary of Webuild Group, is seeking a Legal and Operations Affairs Specialist to join their team at the Milan headquarters. The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience in international corporations or leading legal firms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze commercial agreements;
  • Participate in various stages of corporate transactions like acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring;
  • Lead corporate governance activities, including organizing meetings and preparing necessary documentation;
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for a publicly listed company;
  • Handle information disclosure to the market;
  • Manage corporate governance documents and procedures;
  • Conduct benchmark analyses for implementing best corporate governance practices;
  • Prepare notarized documents in compliance with regulations;
  • Support auditing firms with document collection;
  • Facilitate operational needs by providing notarized documents;
  • Organize meetings of corporate bodies and collaborate with stakeholders for meeting finalization.

Requirements

  • Law degree;
  • 1-3 years of experience in international corporations or reputable legal firms;
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law;
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous;
  • Good communication skills, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.
