About the job

Beiersdorf stands for leading international brands in the field of skin care, such as NIVEA, Eucerin, Labello and Hansaplast.

We are looking for a Marketing & Trade Trainee to join Hansaplast team among Beiersdorf Italy for a 6-month internship. The candidate will be responsible for tasks related both to mass market and pharmacy channels.

Your Tasks

Constant support for the whole team on Hansaplast Marketing Mix focusing on Assortments, Distribution, Price and Promotions.
- Analysis of sell-out data for mass market channel (Nielsen IQ tool) and pharmacy (IQvia tool), providing monthly updated reports on Brand, market performance, competition deep dives as well as customer data study.
- Activation support of Point-of-sales promotional activities, through promo calendar monitoring, extra visibility point-of-sales materials creation and development.
- Marketing annual BTL support plans through communication material development, website maintenance and digital campaigns set up in collaboration with external agencies.
- Development of national contests, coordination with agencies during initial phase and monitor of point-of-sales implementations and consumer results.
- 360° business support for customer presentation, both for mass market and pharmacy customers.

The role expects frequent interactions with local Sales force, both for mass market and pharmacy.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive individual with an analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess an assertive and passionate personality, as well as strong numerical skills. Please apply if you meet the following requirements:

Bachelor degree
Strong Microsoft-office skills (Excel and Power-point).
Strong empathy and communication skills;
Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions;
Previous experience in FMCG and pharmacy business is considered a plus;
Italian mother tongue, fluent in English.
