Cosa farai:

In questo ruolo sarai responsabile del successo della consegna dei servizi e della corrispondente soddisfazione dei clienti. Inoltre, supporterai attivamente le vendite, la stima, la pianificazione, l'esecuzione e la chiusura delle operazioni di trasformazione per la consegna di applicazioni complesse. Svolgerai il ruolo di Career Manager per tutoraggio ai colleghi. Durante il ciclo di vita del progetto, comunicherai lo stato di avanzamento con frequenza regolare, gestirai i rischi e i problemi e controllerai le prestazioni finanziarie in base agli accordi stipulati tra Avanade ed il cliente.

Competenze ed esperienze:

  • Guidare la consegna della soluzione contrattuale secondo i termini concordati, la tempistica ed il livello di qualità.
  • Gestire i rischi complessivi del progetto, apportando le modifiche necessarie, gli impegni e i cambiamenti critici del progetto.
  • Supervisionare e guidare lo sviluppo, l'implementazione e la manutenzione del piano di lavoro del progetto, compresa l'approvazione dei costi stimati del progetto.
  • Gestire lo sviluppo accurato e la tracciabilità dei requisiti durante il ciclo di vita del progetto.
  • Supportare i clienti nella gestione dei processi
  • Assicurare la comprensione degli obiettivi e delle aspettative degli stakeholder, affrontare i disallineamenti, monitorare il programma per soddisfare le aspettative concordate e comunicarle al cliente.
  • Fare da mentore e sviluppare i membri del team e i colleghi. Fornire una supervisione alla gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori e i subappaltatori del progetto.
  • Monitorare gli accordi sui livelli di servizio in base ai termini e alle condizioni del contratto.
  • Coordinare e definire le priorità delle risorse tra i progetti.
  • Contribuire al processo di vendita, compresa la stima dell'impegno di lavoro e delle spese utilizzando gli strumenti standard di Avanade.

Il tuo profilo:

  • Leader con forti capacità interpersonali e di leadership, in grado di integrarsi autonomamente come manager di un team ben affiatato, introducendo al contempo nuove sfide e opportunità di crescita per loro.
  • Esperienza rilevante e comprovata nella gestione di progetti/programmi IT, coordinando un team medio-grande di risorse (interne ed esterne), con un alto livello di esposizione al cliente e una comprovata capacità di documentare, comunicare e commercializzare programmi IT durante la loro esecuzione.
  • Esperienza di lavoro come leader in una funzione di abilitazione aziendale di tecnologia digitale/IT, in ambienti complessi.
  • Almeno 4-8 anni di esperienza in ruoli di project management;
  • Conoscenza avanzata dei termini contrattuali, dei metodi, degli strumenti e delle tecniche di gestione di progetti/prodotti.
  • Conoscenza della reportistica Earned Value
  • Inglese fluente

Nice to have:

  • Certificazioni: Certificazione Project Management Institute (PMI), certificazione IFPUG e ulteriori certificazioni (ad esempio Agile/SCRUM, ITIL ecc.) costituiscono un vantaggio
  • Background formativo: Laurea in economia o in un settore tecnologico (o equivalente).
  • Esperienza in Microsoft Project;
  • Conoscenza delle tecnologie della piattaforma Microsoft.
