Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager Italy, Spain and Portugal.

This person will be responsible for rolling out our compliance programme in Italy, Spain and Portugal.

In this new rule, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the entire Global Business Ethics and Compliance Data Privacy team.

Your aim is to ensure that our global programme also encompasses local laws and regulations, which entails:

  • Advising local country managers and business support managers on business ethics compliance risks related to strategic goals of the markets.
  • Participating in regional and global compliance projects, this includes developing, implementing, and handling Coloplast's training and policy programme.
  • Support engagement with healthcare professionals to ensure Coloplast remains compliant with both legal and code requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance transparency – Italian transparency legislation will also be a priority for you.
  • Working with your global team as we pool our knowledge, allows you to put your specific compliance competencies into practice across countries.

Compliance experience and fluency in English

We are looking for a new colleague who will actively seek to be part of a global compliance team, wanting to impact the future of compliance. And in your work, you can use your solid communication and presentation skills to express complex information and process it in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational background
  • A good understanding of compliance regimes in Italy; Spain and Portugal are ideal.
  • 5+ years of experience from a similar compliance function, preferably from a multinational industry and company.
  • Have experience from a similar compliance function, preferably from a multinational industry and company.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the EU compliance regimes, including the European MedTech code, as well as relevant international compliance legislation.
  • Have experience with developing and conducting training modules, both live and online
  • Are fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish (nice to have a B1 - B2 in Spanish)
  • Be available to travel for work regularly.
