Riepilogo del lavoro:

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team sales del Vertical Market Industry&OEM per seguire tutto il mercato italiano dei circolatori OEM, con particolare focus nel nord Italia. Collaborerà col suo responsabile al fine di acquisire il maggior numero di ordini e apportare un valido contribuito al team in termini di fatturato. Avrà anche il compito di redigere le offerte di sua competenza, stando nei limiti prestabiliti.

Doveri essenziali/responsabilità principali:

Il venditore deve acquisire il maggior volume di ordini, alle migliori condizioni possibili, entro i limiti di discrezionalità stabiliti dal proprio responsabile.

  • È responsabile di promuovere l'Intera gamma di prodotti di Xylem (48 brands), ma con attenzione particolare sul brand Lowara sia per quanto riguarda i prodotti std che per quelli customizzati in base alle esigenze dei singoli clienti OEM;
  • È responsabile dell'Inserimento (dove è possibile) di nuovi nominativi (scouting sul mercato) e del mantenimento della clientela acquisita;
  • È responsabile del corretto flusso di Informazioni:
  • Con il/la Customer Service in modo che questi possa inserire l'ordine acquisito nel modo corretto;
  • Con il Sales Team Leader in modo da tenerlo informato sulle attività di vendita.
  • È responsabile, inoltre, di collaborare con la sede per tutto quello che riguarda le sue attività:
  • Interfaccia con il reparto ESH;
  • Interfaccia con il reparto HR;
  • Funnel review mensili;
  • Corsi di aggiornamento;
  • Interfaccia con il reparto logistico;
  • Interfaccia con il reparto Credit Collection;
  • Interfaccia con il reparto Gare e Albo Fornitori.

Key Relationships:

  • External: Clienti;
  • Internal: Sales, Customer Service (Lainate & Montecchio Maggiore), Support Sales Functions (AED in Lainate & Montecchio Maggiore), Sales Team Leaders, Sales Director, Managing Director.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma tecnico con esperienza rilevante nel ruolo in merito a prodotti/applicazioni;
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Meccanica è un plus;
  • Buone capacità relazionali e di dialettica sia con il Cliente che con le funzioni di supporto interno;
  • Orientamento al cliente;
  • È preferibile avere residenza/domicilio in Lombardia

  • Gestione dello stress;
  • Flessibilità – dinamicità;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Travel requirement : 75% (Lombardia, Triveneto, etc)
