The Scuola di Musica di Fiesole is preparing for an important transition, given that the electoral procedures necessary to identify the Artistic Director who will lead our School for the four-year period are about to commence.
As reported in the public notice:
avviso pubblico, those interested in becoming candidates for the position – internationally-recognized musicians-concert performers or composers, who share the objectives of our institution – must send their proposal by 7th June to the Electoral Commission via email to The Commission will have the task of selecting the five profiles deemed most suitable, based on the Foundation Regulations.
Between 15th and 17th July, the professors of the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole will be asked to cast their vote for one of the five candidates, who in the meantime will have had the opportunity to illustrate their artistic and management project to the Faculty.
The result of the vote will be sent to the Board of Directors of the Foundation, for the necessary ratification.
