Execution of corrective and preventive Maintenance activities for GmP/non-GmP equipment /systems of Pisa sitePerform maintenance activities, accordingly to EHS and GMP rules, in order to maintain Pisa Site equipment/system in perfect conditionACCOUNTABILITIES Execution of corrective and preventive Maintenance activities for GmP/non-GmP equipment /systems of Pisa sitePerform maintenance activities, accordingly to EHS and GMP rules, in order to maintain Pisa Site equipment/system in perfect conditionDocument maintenance activities accordingly to Site RegulationsEnsure good communication with colleagues, from other functions or internal function, for reporting on technical issuesGuarantee correct reporting in order to making correct time delivery of spare parts for equipment and system on Pisa Site· Drives the forklift to move necessary materials in the plant · Guarantee correct reporting and interface with supplier for trouble shooting and maintenance services organization · Carry out maintenance of the workshop environments and tools· Responsible for maintaining documentation correctly archivedDIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS Technical/Functional (Line) ExpertiseExecutes corrective and emergency interventions with a systematic approach of problem solvingProvides and ensure support for critical spare parts analysis and preventive maintenance plan of new installation equipment and systems, collaborating with plant engineering and reliability engineeringEnsures adherence to GMP's and standard operative proceduresEnsures full compliance with all company policies, EHS rules and authority regulationsManifests his previous experience in industrial maintenanceLeadershipSpirit of collaboration and ability to adapt proposing alternative and/or innovative solutionsSeeks and acquires feedback from other people to strengthen their skills and behavior to increase his contribution to the businessDecision-making and AutonomyShares and evaluates critical choice / decision with the Maintenance SupervisorInteractionInternal interaction required with Maintenance team for problem solvingmaintain contact with all the functions of the plantInnovationIn the area of his experience he contributes to the identification of any improvements to systems and / or their management;ComplexityComplexities related to the knowledge of Chemical / Pharmaceutical plantsEDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: High school certification in technical discipline (preferred electrical, electronic, automation diploma);At least 2 years of previous experience in this role or equivalent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry, is a plusAble to read electrical diagrams, PLC basic knowledge, PES/PEI;Analytical skills with systematic approaches to problem solving;Familiar with Quality Management and GxP RegulationsEnglish basic knowledge is a plus;Locations ITA - Pisa Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time
