You will serve as a FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECialist in the Business Office of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)

Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (FLCSI) of NAVSUP FLC SIG GF, Italy.

• You will conduct feasibility studies to determine availability of manpower resources, equipment requirements, or other support prerequisites essential for facility projects.
• You will coordinate facility resources (e.g., available warehouses, training and administration space, computer drop, utility capacity) for space re-assignment disputes or space moves projects to be completed timely.
• You will administer safety programs to make sure employees have the training and equipment necessary to perform their jobs safely.
• You will implement safety programs to adhere to command policy and maintain the safety of the workforce.
• You will identify developmental and training needs of employees to make sure the workforce has achieved proficiency in critical skill areas.
• You will determine personnel, material, and equipment needed to accomplish production goals within budget and time parameters.
• You will examine training strategies, processes, resources, and emerging technologies to develop and implement exercise plans and mitigate operational risks.
