GFT Italia è alla ricerca di un Program Manager per progetti legati al mondo Insurance.

Un/una professionista che collabori all'obiettivo di migliorare l'efficacia e l'efficienza del servizio, la progettazione di nuovi processi e soluzioni, adottando Best Practice e valorizzando e guidando i colleghi nel raggiungimento dell'obiettivo.

Le principali responsabilità di questo ruolo includono:

  • Interfaccia con il cliente e gestione di nuove opportunità di
  • Razionalizzazione dei requisiti lato cliente
  • Disegno di soluzioni, secondo una visione integrata di strumenti, organizzazione e processi
  • Interazione con i referenti tecnici e di business dei propri clienti, sia a livello operativo che settoriale/direzionale
  • Gestione delle scadenze e budget, mantenendo la qualità del progetto più elevata possibile.
  • Capacità di negoziazione.
  • Capacità di gestire relazioni con stakeholder di alto livello.
  • Capacità di influenzare gli stakeholder
  • Capacità di gestire più progetti in parallelo
  • Capacità di identificare opportunità di vendita
  • Competenze in ambito assicurativo
  • Capacità di gestire i rischi del progetto
  • Alto grado di motivazione, capacità di sviluppo di relazioni interpersonali, coaching, risoluzione dei conflitti.
