BUSINESS ANALYST LEVEL
La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:
• Definire le esigenze aziendali e analisi funzionale dei prodotti e servizi offerti dalla linea di business Servizi di marketing;
• Analizzare e progettare i processi dei diversi prodotti/servizi dedicati al mercato B2B elaborandoli in un contesto digitale e assicurandone la continua efficienza ed evoluzione;
• Analizzare e misurare il comportamento degli utenti in modo da definire le evolutive per incrementare lo sviluppo del business;
• Identificare i mercati target e le offerte potenziali; Analizzare le tendenze dei mercati e le nuove opportunità di business ricercando informazioni, eventi, pubblicazioni;
• Analizzare le strategie di mercato, i requisiti di offerta, il potenziale e i dati finanziari.
Requisiti indispensabili
• Analizzare e progettare processi digitali utilizzando le tecnologie più avanzate;
• Collaborare con il team UX e UI nella fase di prototipazione per definire un prodotto con un'esperienza cliente eccellente;
• Essere un collegamento tra Business e IT per l'identificazione e l'implementazione della soluzione migliore per il Cliente e l'Azienda;
• Collaborare con l'area di Business Development per creare proposte vincenti per i clienti attuali e potenziali;
• Identificare e redigere documenti di Test Case.
Competenze ed esperienze desiderate:
• Laurea in Economia / Ingegneria o affini;
• Fluente italiano e inglese sia scritto che parlato;
• 3/5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo, in area prodotto nel settore Servizi, Bancario, Sistemi informatici, Società finanziarie o di consulenza o società di System Integrator;
• Capacità di analisi dei processi;
• Esperienza nello sviluppo di piattaforme online, preferibilmente in modalità Agile con utilizzo di tool specifici come Jira;
• Conoscenza del linguaggio SQL e database relazionali costituisce titolo preferenziale;
• Conoscenza e utilizzo di tool per effettuare chiamate quali Json e/o Soap costituisce titolo preferenziale;
• Buone capacità di sintesi, problem solving, capacità analitiche e progettuali;
• Forte spirito di squadra, capacità di relazionarsi efficacemente con i team interni ed esterni;
• Attitudine all'innovazione e capacità di sviluppare e proporre soluzioni per il mercato BtoB;
• Ottima conoscenza di Office Suite.
